Dealing with Strong-willed Children
For a strong-willed child, a key phrase that will help is "in charge of."
Put the strong-willed child "in charge of" of something in your club or
class like "in charge" of holding the songs and handing them to you when you
you are about to sing them. Or "in charge of" taking attendance or even
listening to memory verses if you think they are mature enough. This can not
only help keep order, but also help the child develop both a leadership and
servant a attitude.
