Fun Singing

Three simple ideas for making songs more fun:

  1. Make up motions to use while singing the song.

  2. Pick out alternating parts of the song and divide the club or class into parts that can sing those parts. (Like boys singing one part and the girls the next.)

  3. Pick out a key word or phrase of the song to have the children shout instead of sing. (A favorite, but make sure to explain the difference between shouting and screaming.)
